Hot grill Chicken

Marinate 1 frying chicken cut in quarters in 1 ½ cup Outlook salad dressing, grill or bake for 40 min. in a 350 degree oven. Add some additional Outlook salad dressing and continue baking for 10 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with lemon and chopped cilantro and top with any of Carolina hot sauce.

 

Hot Easy Chicken

Marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tofu in Outlook salad dressing. Make a breading of the following ingredients: 1 1/2 cup Chow Mien noodles, 1 TBS black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 3 TBS sesame seeds. Mix all in a food processor until blended fine. Dip chicken in breading and bake on oiled baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with any of Carolina hot sauce.

 

Simple Salad #1

Toss 2 cups cooked pasta, 1/2 cucumber sliced, 1 red bell pepper sliced, 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach, and 1/2 cup Outlook salad dressing. Place on a lettuce leaf & garnish with roasted peanuts.

 

Chicken Salad

Toss 2 cups shredded lettuce, 1 or 1/2 cup diced green onion, 1 cup crispy rice noodles, and 1 cup cooked chicken with 1/2 cup Outlook salad dressing.

 

Simple Salad #2

Toss 2 1/2 cups of fresh spinach, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 sliced tomato, 1/2 c. diced red onions, 1/2 cup Kalmata Olives, 3/4 cup Feta Cheese with 1 cup Outlook salad dressing. Garnish with lemons.

 

Salmon dish

Marinate Salmon in Outlook salad dressing for 30 minutes. Saute' or grill until cooked. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with lemon and chopped cilantro and top with any of Carolina hot sauce.

 

Simple Chicken Wings

Marinate Chicken wings with Outlook salad dressing. Bake or fry until chicken is fully cooked. Serve with any of Carolina hot sauce.
